I recorded an interview which goes into some of the details of how and why
I wrote the Nereids.
There was a lot going on at the time.
It was a way for me to channel all the crazy, emotional things that were happening
into art.
I am grateful to have an outlet where I can redirect the emotional energy
from the challenges that I have had to overcome.
My hope is that the music and songs provide some guidance and solace
for those who are facing similar challenges.
